DEPOSIT
A verbal commitment by September 30 with a $250 deposit by November 1, 2019 with balance to be paid by April 1, 2020. Please make the cheque to Ghar Cycle Tours. This deposit is applied to the final price.
FINAL PAYMENT
Please note that full payment by cheque or e-transfer is due 60 days
before trip departure. This payment policy helps us keep our prices
competitive. GCT reserves the right to regard reservations for its tours
cancelled when payment of the balance is not received when due.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Ghar Cycle tour reserves the right to cancel the tour if not enough participants with return of any deposits submitted.
Payments for all Cycle Tours less a $200.00 administration fee per
person per tour are refundable if notification of cancellation is
received in writing at least 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations
received less than 60 days but more than 30 days before trip departure
will result in loss of the deposit fee. No refunds will be made for
cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure.

Now that we are through Covid and we are at the point we have to live with it, barring no travel restrictions, planning is underway:
